Western Stockman, a renowned retailer of western apparel and horse tack, was held back by an outdated, clunky e-commerce platform that failed modern user standards. We analyzed early performance data from October and November to optimize targeting, establish precise Purchase-Per-Dollar trends, and build a weighted forecasting model to safely scale their budget.

  • Unprecedented Ad Returns: Initial campaign testing yielded exceptional efficiency, generating a 7.48 ROAS in October ($3,657 revenue on $489 spend) and skyrocketing to a 13.11 ROAS in November ($5,823 revenue on $444 spend).
