The Mission: Your Ownership

• Future-Proof SEO: Execute strategies across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. You will specifically own our transition into LLM SEO, ensuring our clients are the “source of truth” for AI search engines.
• High-Converting Web Design: Build and optimize websites and landing pages that are “killers” at converting traffic into leads. You understand that a beautiful site is useless if it doesn’t drive growth.
• AISEO Integration: Leverage AI tools to scale content strategy, technical audits, and predictive keyword research without sacrificing the human “over-awe” quality.
• The “Health” Guardian: Manage site speed, mobile optimization, and core web vitals with a “perfection in the details” mindset.

The Performance Standard: Activity & Analysis

• High-Tempo Optimization: We play offence. You are constantly tweaking, testing, and refining landing pages to squeeze out every possible conversion.
• Radical Reporting: You translate complex technical data into clear, actionable wins for our clients. You own the communication of their digital growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• SEO Mastery: Proven experience with tools like SEMRush, SERankings, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Conversion-First Design: Proficiency in WordPress and building high-performance landing pages that guide the user journey.
• AI Literacy: Experience with AI-driven SEO workflows and an understanding of how Search Generative Experience (SGE) works. This includes ways to utilize Ai to build websites in order to speed up website launches.
• Technical Rigor: A deep understanding of Schema markup, site architecture, and technical SEO “under the hood.”
