We are looking for an in-person Video & Photography Specialist in Lethbridge who is a perpetual student of the craft. • Mastery is the Minimum: You don’t just “know” your camera; you are obsessed with lighting, composition, and sound. You are a perpetual student of new gear, AI-assisted editing, and cinematic trends.
• Extreme Ownership: You own the shoot from prep to post. If the lighting isn’t right or the audio is off, you don’t “fix it in post” unless it’s a strategic choice. You carry the load of the production.
• Radiate Energy: On set, you are the energy leader. You make clients feel comfortable, confident, and “Over-Awed” by the professional experience you provide.

The Mission: Your Ownership

• End-to-End Production: Lead the conceptualization, filming, and editing of high-impact video content—from 15-second “viral” Reels to high-end corporate brand stories and commercials.
• Photography Excellence: Capture professional level photography, including professional headshots, product shots, and architectural imagery that sets our clients apart.
• The Final Cut: Practice extreme ownership of the editing process (Adobe Premiere/After Effects). You ensure the pacing, color grade, and sound design align perfectly with the brand narrative.
• Asset Stewardship: Manage and maintain our studio gear and digital libraries with the “perfection in the details” mindset.

The Creative Standard: Offense & Precision

• High-Tempo Execution: We play offence. You are able to move from a morning shoot to an afternoon edit without losing your creative edge or your attention to detail.
• Collaborative Storytelling: Work seamlessly with our Social Media and Design teams to ensure the visual assets you create are “killers” at driving engagement and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• The Portfolio: A diverse showcase of video and photography work that proves you can capture emotion and technical quality simultaneously.
• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Gear Literacy: Expert knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless systems, lighting setups (Gimbal, 3-point lighting), and audio capture.
• Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites and locations.
