Artrageous Advertising is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that will drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales for our clients.

 

As a Social Media Marketer with Artrageous, you will: 

Represent yourself and Artrageous expertly and professionally. 

Write, design, calendarize and publish content through our online publishing software for multiple clients.

Determine KPIs for your campaigns and hit them with the routine efficiency of target practice.

Write killer ad copy, punchy detailed descriptions, and compelling Calls to Action.

Understand the clients’ needs and develop strategies that complement them. 

Monitor social media Insights and Google website analytics to establish the ongoing effects of your efforts. 

Report thoroughly and directly to clients and Artrageous management on your efforts.

Engage in a team mentality and environment that requires you to take ownership of both your victories and your setbacks, communicate with your team members, and receive and implement feedback from savvy clients and Artrageous management.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for multiple clients across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  2. Plan and create engaging and compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive in their respective industries.
  5. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with their brand identity and business objectives.
  6. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  7. Prepare regular reports on social media performance to share with clients and the internal team.
  8. Utilize digital social media publishing software to obtain client and internal management approval.
  9. Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Facebook Ads Manager experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
  • Proficient in social media management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
