You won’t just be “making things look pretty”—you will be practicing extreme ownership over our clients’ visual identities, digital ads, email marketing, etc., ensuring they are the undisputed champions of their industries.

The Mission: Your Ownership

• Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation of new brand identities—logo packages, style guides, and typography rules that define a client’s future.
• Digital & Print Mastery: Design high-converting assets for web, social, and ads, while maintaining the technical rigor required for high-end print production (brochures, signage, packaging).
• UI/UX Design: Utilize Figma to prototype captivating web visuals and user interfaces that don’t just look great but drive user action.
• Asset Stewardship: Maintain a centralized, organized library of client assets. You are the guardian of their visual consistency.

The Creative Standard: Innovation & Activity

• Perpetual Student: You stay at the cutting edge of industry trends, motion graphics, and AI-assisted design tools to ensure our clients never look dated.
• Collaborative Radiator: You work seamlessly with our strategy and video teams, presenting your rationale with the confidence of an expert and the radical honesty of a team player.

Qualifications & Skills

• The Portfolio: A diverse showcase of logo development, brand identity, and high-quality digital/print production.
• Adobe Mastery: High proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is non-negotiable.
• Technical Versatility: Experience in Figma (UI/UX) and an understanding of print specifications (bleeds, CMYK, etc.).
• Photography & Editing: Strong photo manipulation skills. (Bonus: Hands-on experience with portrait/product photography and Lightroom).
• Logistics: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for client site visits or press checks.
