The Mission: Your Ownership

  • The Growth Engine: Identify and capture new business opportunities by leveraging our tech stack to connect with businesses that need elite SEO, SEM, SMM, and Web solutions that help our clients grow.
  • The “Over-Awe” Proposal: Deliver tailored presentations that don’t just list features, but clearly outline the massive benefits and ROI for the client.
  • Quality Partnerships: Negotiate and secure profitable, long-term service agreements. You aren’t looking for a quick win; you are looking for 5+ year relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Artrageous always stays two steps ahead.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development with a history of hitting (and exceeding) targets.
  • Digital Fluency: A strong understanding of digital marketing services. You should be able to explain the “why” behind what you are offering to help businesses exceed their goals.
  • Negotiation Mastery: The ability to handle objections with radical honesty and close deals that are win-win for the agency and the client.
  • High Tempo: The ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously without losing attention to the details.

 

Compensation & Fuel (We Reward the Obsessed)

  • Uncapped Potential: Base salary with a high-performance commission structure and no caps. BDMs in our agency range from $55,000 to $170,000+ per year).
  • Performance Bonuses: Quarterly and annual bonuses for those who “Over-Awe” and exceed billing milestones.
  • Allowances: Monthly fuel/travel allowance and a cell phone allowance to keep you on the move.
  • Paid Education: We fund your mastery. We reimburse you for quarterly sales and BDM courses to keep you at the top of your game.
