Levi sits down with BBQ master Devynn Bohn, owner of Hickory Street. Together they talk about what it means to put in your 100 hours while balancing a family, as well as, how to gain respect for your authority without demanding it.
Devyonn: We took possession of our first restaurant in December 2019, and renovations went really fast. We opened on February 29 of 2020 and COVID hit on March 15, 2 weeks later.
Levi: Then you had to deal with that fun whirlwind.
Devyonn: Fun wasn’t the F word I was thinking of.
